RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Lyrela Fragrance, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of perfumes and body mists, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

🔄 RETURNS

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and body mists are non-returnable once opened or used.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

You received the wrong item
Your order arrived damaged or leaking
There is a clear production or packaging defect

Conditions for Return Approval

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Item must be unused and in its original packaging
Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

💸 REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been reviewed and approved.

Once approved, refunds will be processed as:

Store credit, or
Replacement product, or
Bank transfer refund (where applicable)

Please note: Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after approval.

🚚 DAMAGED OR WRONG ORDERS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Send clear photos/videos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The way the item arrived
Do not dispose of the item until instructed

Failure to report within 24 hours may void eligibility for replacement or refund.

❌ NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind
Scent preference or dissatisfaction
Incorrect address provided by customer
Failed delivery due to unavailability
Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product use

📦 DELIVERY ISSUES

Once an order has been dispatched, Lyrela Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or traffic. However, we will assist in tracking your order where possible.
