At Lyrela Fragrance, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


📍 SHIPPING LOCATION

All orders are dispatched from Ikorodu, Lagos, Nigeria.


⏳ ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day

  • During promotions or high-volume periods, processing time may be slightly extended


🚚 DELIVERY AREAS & TIMELINES

📍 Lagos State

Delivery within same day to 2 working days, depending on location.

Lagos delivery fees are calculated by area, including:

  • Ikorodu and surrounding communities

  • Mainland zones

  • Apapa / Ojo / FESTAC axis

  • Lekki / Ajah axis

  • Island (VI, Ikoyi, Banana Island)

  • Far ends (Badagry, Epe)

Delivery timelines may vary due to traffic and rider availability.


🇳🇬 Outside Lagos (Nationwide Delivery)

Orders outside Lagos are shipped via trusted interstate courier services.

South-West (outside Lagos) 2–3 working days
South-East 2–3 working days
South-South 2–3 working days
North-Central 2–4 working days
North (NE & NW) 3–5 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and courier logistics.


💰 SHIPPING FEES

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched

  • Any additional delivery costs due to incorrect address details will be borne by the customer


📦 PACKAGING & PRODUCT SAFETY

Perfumes and body mists are carefully:

  • Sealed to prevent leakage

  • Cushioned to reduce damage during transit

  • Packaged appropriately for interstate delivery

Customers are advised to inspect items upon delivery.


⚠️ FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERIES

Lyrela Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Traffic or weather conditions

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information

However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.


❌ UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to receive order

The customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.


🔁 RETURNS DUE TO SHIPPING ISSUES

Returns or replacements are only accepted for:

  • Wrong items sent

  • Damaged or leaking items on arrival

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
